Petitioners seek bail in Banka Mahila P.S. Case No.07 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 376, 120-B, 506/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that in the written report the informant has levelled allegation against Rahul Mandal of establishing physical relationship with her on the pretext of performing marriage. Petitioners are father and mother of Rahul Mandal.
