The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 120 of 2019, dated 07.07.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 511 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26402 of 2020(2) dt.21-10-2020 2/3 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that except for the petitioner having been named in the F.I.R., there is no specific overt act alleged against him.

It appears that one person was killed and the suspicion regarding the same was on the SSB sepoys. A crowd had collected along with the deadbody in which there were some pelting of stones on the police party.

Some of the other accused persons of this case have been granted anticipatory bail, which fact has been stated in paragraph 6 of the bail application.

Considering the facts aforestated, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
