Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 8121 of 2018 arising out of Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 378 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a), 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity. Petitioner is a labourer and after work he was returning to his home when the police arrested him in the present false case. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 03.09.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
