The learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 4, on the other hand, submits that the present writ petition is completely misconceived and untenable. He further submits that all the relevant materials have not been brought on the record by the petitioner. Therefore, the reliefs sought for on behalf of the petitioner cannot be granted.
Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
