JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-09-2016 The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for restoration of Cr. Revision No.428 of 2015, which stood dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 18.7.2016.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on 18th July, 2016 he could not reach the Court in time due to heavy rush of traffic at Koilwar bridge and also due to incessant rain.

Having regard to the submissions advanced at the Bar, the application is allowed. Let Cr. Revision No.428 of 2015 be restored to its original file.
