Apprehending his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No. 327 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a)(f) of the Excise Act, the petitioner has filed the present application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of pre-arrest bail.

Regarding being had to the recovery of huge quantity of country made liquor from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
