Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jalalgarh P.S.Case No. 48 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 325, 326, 307, 302, 379, 447, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is that they have entered into the house of the informant armed with variously arms and assaulted father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that specific allegation is against Upendra Rishi of assault by arrow and against others there is general allegation. Further submission is that petitioners Nos. 1, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 are ladies and there
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13410 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 is land dispute between the parties.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners Nos. 1, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, who are ladies, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Jalalgarh P.S.Case No. 48 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
So far petitioners Nos. 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 13 are concerned, they are directed to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of materials available on record, without being prejudiced by this order. With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
