The petitioner submits that the parties have resolved the differences and now they are living happily.

Counsel for the informant does not controvert the submissions of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner as named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Riga Police station Case No. 195 of 2015.
