ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 25.06.2018 in connection with Sessions Tr. No.44/19 arising out of Paharpur (Malahi) P.S. Case No.39 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that only allegation against the petitioners is that they pushed the victim and for that the petitioners have already faced custody for more than nine months.
