The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 504 and 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the informant and his two sons due to which, they sustained injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific allegation of assault against him. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

No.25167 of 2022(2) dt.10-10-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-6th, Gaya in connection with Tekari (Panchanpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 267 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
