31-07-2015 Two petitioners, who are defendants in Title Suit No. 1 of 1991, have approached this Court invoking its writ jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, with a prayer to quash an order dated 30-09-2010 passed in Title Suit No. 1 of 1991 by the learned Addl. Munsif - 7, Chapra. By the said order, objection petition filed by the petitioner for appointment of Survey Knowing Advocate Commissioner has been rejected. I have examined the impugned order. I do not find any defect in the same.
