No.399 of 2016) lodged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 152, 171(F), 341, 323, 353, 384, 385, 427, 431, 458, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Cr. Misc. with liberty to take appropriate remedy at appropriate stage, as per law.
