1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application praying for issuance of writ/ writs certiorari or appropriate in nature for directing and commanding to the respondents for constructs the house of the petitioner which has been illegally demolished by the respondent, which was constructed by the ancestor of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.6522 of 2023(5) dt.05-07-2024 2/2 petitioner prior to more than sixty years on settled land bearing Khata No.28, Plot No. 421, Area-12 Decimal, Situated at MauzaKalandra, P.S. Mehandia, District- Arwal, which was settled in name of the ancestor of the petitioner by the Salono estate and after abolition of Zamindari the land was settled in the name of the ancestor or of the petitioner on 18.06.1977 by the respondents in compensation case no.13661/54-55."
2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the final order, passed by the Circle Officer, Kaler, DistrictArwal, in connection with Encroachment Case No.04 of 201920, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
