The petitioner prays for an appropriate direction to the authorities to accept his application form, membership as well as for inclusion of his name in the electoral roll prepared for the Aanti Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Societies, Nawada. In so far as the issue of membership is concerned, the petitioner has his remedy under the provisions of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935 and the rules framed therein and in so far as the inclusion of the name in the electoral roll is concerned, since the membership issue is yet open, no direction can be issued in this regard at the present stage.
