2. The petitioner claims that he has taken admission in Teachers Training College, Turki, in B.Ed. Course for the Session 1983-84. There were disputes on the question as to whether the petitioner was a genuine student for the said Course or not.

3. It is his claim that he has appeared at the examination held by the B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. There is nothing specific pleaded in the writ application that the petitioners had appeared for the examination held by the B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur.

4. This application has been filed seeking direction to the University to publish result of B.Ed. Examination held by the Said

University for the Session 1983-84.

5. In the absence of cogent materials on record, no relief sought for, can be allowed.
