Patna High Court CWJC No.18100 of 2014 dt.04-01-2016 2/2 Petitioners are given liberty to file an application before the Director, Higher Education, Government of Bihar, Patna with all supporting materials with regard to mis-utilization of funds, if not misappropriation of funds by the authorities at the helms of affirms of the Inter College, in question. If those materials are sufficient, then after giving an opportunity of hearing to the said authorities, an appropriate decision or direction will be issued by him within a period of three months from the date of filing of such an application. Writ application stands disposed off in terms of above liberty and direction.
