The appellant claims that the grants-in-aid given by the State for the 2459 Madarsa is not being disbursed to the genuine

Patna High Court LPA No.364 of 2016 dt.02-03-2017 2/2 Madarsas but to fake Madarsas. The appellant claims to be a teacher in one of the Madarsas.

If the genuine Madarsas are not being paid grants-in-aid, the cause of action is to the said genuine Madarsas and not to the appellant who is only a teacher in one of the Madarsas.
