JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-01-2016 The present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the Tender Notice No. NPS B01/13-14 (Annexure-2) issued under the authority of the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Shahpur (Bhojpur), which was published in a newspaper "Dainik Jagran" on 21.09.2013.
2. At the very outset itself learned counsel for the petitioner expresses that he has no objection to disposal of the writ petition with liberty to pursue his remedy before the Collector, Bhojpur, Ara for which he has already filed representation on 27.11.2013.
3. In that view of the matter and without entering into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Collector,
