Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 8786 of 2020 which was rejected vide order dated 14.02.2020 with liberty to the petitioner renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that charge in this case has already been framed on 03.03.2020. Copy of the order framing charge has been filed as Annexure-3. Petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2019.
