2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the writ petition appears to have become infructuous pursuant to tender notice No. 35/2013-14 dated 30.11.2013. A perusal of the tender notice dated 30.11.2013 discloses that the work contemplated thereunder was required to be completed within twelve months, which time has since already elapsed.
