Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is facing difficulty because his land is not being demarcated by the authorities concerned and he has moved to the authorities concerned, as is apparent from Annexure-II, which is the representation of the petitioner before the Collector, Vaishali at Hazipur.

The petitioner ought to have moved to the Circle Officer concerned for measurement and not the Collector, Vaishali at Hazipur .

The application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move to the Circle Officer concerned for measurement of his land and if such an application is filed, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10425 of 2021(2) dt.01-12-2022 2/2 Circle Officer concerned will be obliged to act upon the application in accordance with law and dispose of the same within six weeks of its filing.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
