The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 13.09.2012 passed in Sessions Trial No.405 of 2012 by which the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Samastipur has framed charge under Section 304 B of the Indian Penal Code and directed issuance of summons against the petitioners.
3. It is submitted that the prosecution is totally false and concocted.
