(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ or direction directing and commanding the respondents to remove immediately the encroachment of the respondent nos. 8 to 12 from

Patna High Court CWJC No.10724 of 2021(7) dt.16-01-2024 2/2 the land of the petitioner pertaining to Plot no. 1412, Khata no. 560, Thana no. 168 of Mouza Telhua and to restore the possession of the petitioner over the said land.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction directing and commanding the respondents not to disturb the petitioner in any manner from the peaceful possession over the aforesaid land pertaining to Plot no. 1412, Khata no. 560, Thana no. 168 of Mouza Telhua in the district of West Champaran.

(iii) For any other relief/reliefs of which the petitioner is legally entitled to.

However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to move before the competent authority /District Magistrate, West Champaran by filing a fresh representation alongwith necessary documents for redressal of his grievance.
