In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017 for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is a direct allegation against the petitioner to have caused injury by sword on the neck of Kunal Kumar Singh. This Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Ritesh Kumar @ Bichhu Kumar is rejected. If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within
