The petitioners are the brother and sister-in-law of the deceased lady who apprehend their arrest in connection with Saran (Chapra) Muffassil P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have no concern with the family of the husband of the deceased and the present petitioner is running separate business of general store for sale of household articles and materials and has nothing to do with the rest of the family members. It is further submitted that the husband of the deceased lady has already surrendered.

No.16607 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the statements made in the present application, let the petitioners abovenamed in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Saran (Chapra) Muffassil P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
