The matter at issue is allotment of LPG distributorship at Jalalpur in the district of Saran by the respondent Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 5 submits that LPG distributorship at the location in question was commissioned way back on 25.03.2010 and since then it is operational/functional.
In view of the aforesaid statements, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.
Permission is accorded.
