JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 6.4.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4704 of 2017 on the ground that he could not surrender on the date as per direction given by this Court in order dated 6.4.2017, as such he has prayed for some more time.

However, considering the fact that he could not surrender within the period as specified, I am not inclined to extend the time, however, if the petitioner surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks, the learned court below will consider all aspects of the matter that this Court has already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter favourably, he will pass a positive order without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
