It is the petitioner's case that his vehicle (bus) bearing Registration No. BR-26K-4886 was requisitioned by the Respondent for General Elections on 29.03.2019 and was used for election purposes till 21.05.2019. It is his grievance that the respondents have made payment for keeping the said vehicle for

Patna High Court CWJC No.9709 of 2020(2) dt.15-11-2021 2/2 a period of 13 days only and for rest of the period, no amount has been paid. The petitioner is said to have made a representation on 21.04.2020 before the District Magistrate, Nalanda for payment of rest of the amount.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate-Cum-Collector, Nalanda (Respondent No.4) to consider the petitioner's representation which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-3 to the writ application and take a final decision within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Nalanda finds substance in the petitioner's claim he shall ensure that the admissible dues is paid to the petitioner within one month thereafter. The writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
