The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ven P.S. Case No.109 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 879/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of
