The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad (S.C and S.T) P.S.Case No. 15 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities )Act.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons are said to have abused and assaulted the informant Kishore Das. The accused Akhilesh Ram and co-accused Pappu Kumar are said to have assaulted with iron rod on his head causing injury and all accused persons assaulted Ajgupt Das and Nunu Das with lathi danta. All three injured were taken to Sadar Hospital, Jehanabad and later on informant and Ajgupt Das were referred to P.M.C.H., Patna. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no specific allegation has been levelled against this petitioner, which is general and omnibus. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedent, as is evident from para 3 of this petition. Furthermore, no case under SC/ST Act is made out specially against this petitioner. Be that as it may, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad SC/ST P.S.Case No. 15/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
