In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It appears from the First Information Report that in the night, the petitioners and Informant started exchanging of abuses, whereupon, the accused petitioners entered into the house of the Informant after scaling over the wall and assaulted the Informant and her Nand with Lathi and Danda.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33086 of 2017 (2) dt.21-07-2017 Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Mamta Devi, Pradeep Kumar and Amarjit Kumar, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisinal Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S.
