The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No.69 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The incident took place on account of dispute over partition of the land. Petitioner No.1 is the father of the informant, petitioner No.2 is the brother of the informant and petitioner No.3 is the sister-in-law of the informant.
