ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 237/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/325/307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitioners have been falsely implicated on the basis of previous enimity caused on account of land dispute. It is further submitted that the dispute arose on account of tying of animals on the lands of the petitioners and, therefore, there is no premeditation.

No.16279 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., IV, Banka, in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 237/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
