Petitioner in the present writ application seeks following relief(s):- (I) For issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authority to give money as agriculture input Anudan 2019-2020 to genuine deprived farmer of Nakta Diyara Gram Panchayat.
(II) For issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authority for committing irregularity in large scale for giving agriculture Anudan to deprived farmer
Patna High Court CWJC No.9756 of 2020(2) dt.05-01-2021 2/2 of Nakta Diyara Gram Panchayat.
(III) To grant any other relief or reliefs to which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."
After the matter was heard for some time and learned counsel for the petitioner was unable to say as to whether the petitioner is entitled for subsidy/grant under a particular scheme, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to make appropriate application before the competent authority clearly stating therein his claims for grant of subsidy/grant under any Scheme of the Government. If such an application is preferred before the District Magistrate, Patna, within a period of 08 weeks from today, the same will be considered in accordance with the Scheme in question and appropriate decision will be taken thereon within a period of three months.
The present application stands disposed of in the aforesaid direction.
