The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with other accused persons misappropriated government money amounting to Rs. 74,341.90/- under the MANREGA Scheme. It is submitted that the alleged amount has already been deposited by the petitioner on 18.02.2021 and in support of the same he has annexed receipt of the deposited amount vide Annexure-2. Similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by different Benches of this court. Petitioner claims clean

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 64 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
