This application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 18615 of 2010, which stood dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 09.10.2012 passed by this Court. It is submitted that the learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 09.10.2012 three weeks time was granted for filing requisites etc. for issuance of notice to the

Patna High Court MJC No.1295 of 2014(3) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 respondents which expired on 29.10.2012, but in the mean time, the conducting advocate died and no information in this regard was given to the petitioner as a result of which the order dated 09.10.2012 could not be complied with in time. Considering the submissions made above, the application is allowed. CWJC No. 18615 of 2010 is directed to be restored to its original file.
