The petitioners being the parents, covillager and sister of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49318 of 2015 (2) dt.16-10-2015 the offences punishable under Sections 323, 307, 384, 420, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basis accusation is of torture. It is further alleged that the accused persons made an attempt to administer poison to the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that on the undertaking of the husband of the victim that he is ready to keep the informant as wife with due dignity and honour and on filing of Matrimonial Suit No. 76 of 2014 for restitution of conjugal life he has been granted provisional anticipatory bail.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Routara P.S. Case No. 80 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under
