Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 384, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and dispute has arisen due to the fact that the informant of the instant case is trying to create title over the petitioner's land and disturbing his possession from the same. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that he is a educated person and there is no criminal antecedent prior to the instant case. He has also annexed the copy of the injury report
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32366 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 from which it is apparent that the injury caused is simple in nature. He further submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case with ulterior motive.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 64 of 2017, subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code. (Madhuresh Prasad, J.) ravi/- U T
