After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to approach the District Magistrate, Kishanganj, who is the Appellate Authority before whom the order impugned in the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.6661 of 2014 (3) dt.19-11-2016 2/2 application dated 10.06.2013 passed in Record No. 01 of 2013-14 by the District Programme Officer, Kishanganj, can be challenged as per the guidelines issued by the Government. Learned counsel for the State does not object. In view of the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforementioned. If such appeal is filed within one month from today, along with a copy of this order, the same shall be heard on merits by the District Magistrate, Kishanganj.
