The present petition has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Parbatta P.S. Case No. 78 of 2016, dated 16.04.2016, which has been registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Though many grounds have been raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner while pressing this petition, but with the submission of charge-sheet in the subject
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31903 of 2016(2) dt.16-09-2020 2/2 F.I.R., I am not inclined to accede to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the subject F.I.R. The prayer for quashing the F.I.R. is, therefore, rejected.
However, the petitioner shall have the liberty to take recourse to the legal remedies to which he is entitled. With the aforesaid observation, the application stands disposed off.
