This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report of dacoity and loot of the vehicle is against unknown. Names of the petitioners have transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the case diary would reveal that there is no other material against the petitioners save and except that the petitioners have been implicated in the past in two cases registered against unknown.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 44 of 2015 to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11072 of 2017 (3) dt.04-07-2017 2/2 satisfaction of Sri Ramayan Ram, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code. Both the bailors shall be residents of the territorial jurisdiction of the Court below.
