JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after five years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that it is specifically alleged by the informant that mother-in-law and sister-in-law cause burn injury to the victim at the behest of this petitioner. The petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence and thrust of accusation is against the mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the victim.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51357 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Darbhanga. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
