That, the present writ application is being directed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any appropriate writ/writs commanding the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner, who was appointed to the post of Night Guard by the order of respondent Vice Chancellor with effect from 23.07.2012 as also the entire amount of salary with permissible interest may be directed to be paid to the petitioner at the earliest to save him from starvation in view of the fact that since the date of the joining he has not been paid even a single farthing by the respondent concerned for his survival."
