=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the State.

From the counter affidavit, it appears that the petitioner has worked for a limited period as Anganwari Sevika from 01.04.2011 to 22.05.2011 and for that she has already been paid Rs.17,333/- vide cheque no.714885 dated 26.07.2013. Further, she has been paid Rs.16,465 vide cheque no.714886 dated 26.07.2013 for the period of 01.04.2006 to 23.07.2006. These payments have been made in

Patna High Court CWJC No.11956 of 2013 dt.08-09-2016 2/2 pursuance of direction of the higher authority and at the end, it is stated that all the payments have been paid to her and nothing is left for any further payment, which the counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire payment has not been made.

In such view of the matter, if so advised, she may file applications raising her grievance before the competent authority who will examine the case of the petitioner and take decision within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the petitioner has not been served termination letter, the competent authority is directed to serve the same within fifteen days from the date of filing of the petition and if the termination letter has already been served upon her, then there is no need to serve the same further.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
