The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 706/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioner is the owner of the commercial vehicle and he has given the vehicle on hire from which the recovery of illicit liquor has been made.

It seems that the same has been misused by the driver

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration the clean antecedent of the petitioner as mentioned in paragraph No. 3 of the petition, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Spl. Excise Court No. 1 cum Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 706/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
