1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) For issuance of appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the state of Bihar and its authority as well as the Central Bank of India to take proper action under relevant section of Indian Penal Code against private respondents for

Patna High Court CWJC No.6990 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 committing bigamy.

(ii) For issuance of appropriate writ, order direction to the private respondents to pay maintenance Rs.15,000/- as earlier directed by the Principal Judge Family Court Patna vide order dated 29-082018 passed in Matrimonial Case No. 1276/2017 since from 20-08-2016 to till current date for her proper maintenance and her male child."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
