JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-07-2020 Heard Mr. Shashank Shekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 19.06.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 20385 of 2020.

It has been submitted that the name of the father of the petitioner has wrongly been stated in the order as Kari Thakur @ Ashok Thakur. The petitioner is the son of Arun Kumar Singh. Even the address of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21785 of 2020(2) dt.07-07-2020 2/3 petitioner has wrongly been stated to be villageBarahmpur, P.S. - Kamtaul, District - Darbhanga. The petitioner is actually resident of village -Bangari, P.S. - Baruraj in the district of Muzaffarpur.

Though no document has been furnished in proof of the aforesaid assertion but learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Vakalatnama filed on behalf of the petitioner indicates the correct parentage and address.

For the reasons aforestated, the order date 19.06.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 20385 of 2020, is modified to the extent that the name of the father of the petitioner be read as Arun Kumar Singh and his address be read as village - Bangari, P.S. - Baruraj, District - Muzaffarpur.

However, while releasing the petitioner on bail, the Court below shall confirm that the petitioner is the son of Arun Kumar Singh and is resident of village - Bangari, P.S. - Baruraj, District - Muzaffarpur.
