2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kursakanta (Sonamani Godam) P.S. Case No. 299/2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals committed loot of Rs. 2,90,000/- from the informant and the name of the petitioner has come during investigation.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.12.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner and submitted that on the basis of S.D.R., C.D.R. and tower location, the petitioner was found talking to other accused persons.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner despite the fact that the other accused person has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
