The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 8.6.2012 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Complaint case No.578 of 2012.

The case of the Complainant is that the accused persons were broadcasting a serial by the name of "Roll No.21" which related to God Sri Krishna, but he was depicted in an unsavory manner and hence the present Complaint.

Having gone through the Complaint Petition, I am unable to convince myself that any offence whatsoever is made out against any of the accused persons.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36015 of 2012 dt.24-04-2015 2/2 Hence, the application is allowed and the proceeding including the order of cognizance dated 8.6.2012 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Complaint case No.578 of 2012 is hereby set aside.
