ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2015 The petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 08.06.2012 passed by the A.D.J. 4, Sitamarhi in Sessions Trial No. 144 of 2012.

Considering that petitioners seek discharge on question of fact which cannot be gone into at the stage of Section 482 Cr. P.C, the application is rejected.
